Personal Cycle Coaching
Personal Cycle Coaching was set up by Richard Simmonds in 2008 to help competitive cyclists across all disciplines improve their cycling. Richard’s approach to coaching combines research-based scientific knowledge, experience of racing at a high level, and the ability to really understand the people he works with.
Whatever your cycling discipline, Richard will pull all these factors together in a way that maximises your performance, and makes you ride faster.
1-1 Coaching plans
Richard provides a variety of coaching plans to suits all types and all levels of rider. Whether you want to peak for a specific event, or race through a whole season, Richard has a plan to cover it.
Richard is also able to deliver presentations/seminars on a variety of subjects, such as training with power, psychological aspects of performance and preparation for cycling in challenging environments – amongst many others.
